OPS Alpha 0.2.0
Ok, this took a lot longer than expected, but here's Alpha 0.2.0, the game is now somewhat playable. Sadly though, the save system is not finished. Currently, it can save progress between floors, but that's about it. The next update will add the ability to save your progress as a file, and you will be able to open separate save files.
Ignoring the technical side, let's get into the gameplay itself. Now, rather than starting in the floor, you will start in a starting room. This room sets up your inventory, and at the bottom is a portal to the first floor. Once you enter it, the floor will be generated. The first dead-end will now always be the exit room, which has the exit portal. In order to reach it, you have to find 2 keys, which can be found in the next 2 closest dead-ends. These can be picked up by swinging your sword at them, which you can do with the spacebar. This will probably change to the 2 furthest in later updates. After finding both keys, you can swing your sword to open the 2 doors blocking the exit. The keys aren't the only things you can find. You can also find items and coins, albeit they aren't too useful just yet, these are picked up in the same way as keys. I plan on adding a crafting system in the next update allowing you to spend coins and resources to make things like boots that increase your speed, or a better sword that'll up your damage.
After you use the exit portal, you will be taken to a break room, which lets you put your items in a storage container, which is where you can keep items. There will also be a portal to the next floor, but for now, it brings you to the same floor, but every time you play it, the floor will be generated differently. You can repeat the process, but be aware, as the save system is unfinished, you can't use the items you get in later updates.
