It's been a long road of getting everything ready, and it's finally time for the full release of Lonely Turret! It's been finished for a good month now, but I've been debating if I wanted to do a steam release. In the end, I decided against it for now.

Nonetheless, for those of you who are new and haven't played the demo, Hello! I've poured a lot of love into Lonely Turret and really hope you like it! I made the first playable version sometime last July in my free time, but it was barely a prototype, but after playing it with some friends, I found it was, believe it or not, quite fun to play. Feeling I struck gold on an idea for once I got to work, adding more and more to it until I was content with it. This small version of the game is now the demo and can still be found on itch. I updated it a few times, but then decided it was too small. Around early October I wanted it to be a full game it needed more levels, enemies, attachments, and bosses! It took a lot of work, balancing through hours of playtesting, and I can safely say it's beautiful.

This release has a TON of new stuff, and while I don't want to spoil too much, there are a lot of new fun attachments, enemies, and even bosses, which all vary by level. By far the final level is my favorite and I hate that I don't want to share what I did in order to keep it a surprise for the first few who get that far. I will warn you the game is not easy, but I turned down the difficulty quite a bit on the first few levels before the release to try and make it a bit easier for new players. 

There's a lot of stuff in the release, and while it might seem a bit confusing for newer players, take it one step at a time; it gets easier after your first few tries. I hope everyone enjoys the game and it will make me super happy if just a few people leave good reviews!

As a final note, yes, the full release costs money. It's not something that I originally planned on doing, but with the effort, I put into it I feel it is justified, yet I did try to keep it at a low $4. On top of that, there will even be having a sale for the first 2 weeks where it will be half that.
